Our suppliers will ship your product directly from the factory to you.

The estimated delivery time is between 10 to 25 business days.

If there are customs delays and the package is held in Brazil, this waiting period is not included in the delivery timeline.

We carefully select suppliers who, in addition to offering great prices and quality, also expedite shipping times.

If the estimated delivery time has passed, we recommend contacting the postal service (Correios) to clarify the reason for the delay.

If Correios does not have your package, please contact us immediately so we can check with our suppliers.

If it is confirmed that there is a logistical issue with your order, we will issue a FULL refund of your purchase immediately after completing the verification steps.

The tracking code for your order will be sent via email within 5 to 10 business days after your order is confirmed.

For orders placed using the "Boleto Bancário" payment option, the time between payment and bank processing may take up to 5 business days.
